Refund policy

Monthly plans: full refund within 48 hours of a first payment if you've attempted no ranked mock in that period. Annual plans: pro-rata refund within 14 days of payment, minus the monthly rate for time used.

Double charges and failed-payment deductions are refunded automatically within 5–7 working days via the original payment method. Write to support@anvisu.app with the invoice number for anything else.
